How many times have you searched high and low for a nail file only to find it has worn out, disintegrated completely or disappeared into thin air?

The glass nail file may disappear (check you best friend’s handbag!) but it will not wear out easily and does not disintegrate when in contact with water.

It leaves the edges of the nail smooth and silky and can be used to file acrylic nails as well as natural nails. The pedicure file is perfect for smoothing out ridges and hard skin and shaping toenails.

The surface of the file is created during the manufacturing process so it will outlast all conventional nail files. During that process it is hardened to make it more resistant to impact, making it difficult to break though putting it in trouser pockets is not advised.

Cleaning it could not be easier – wash in soapy water with a sponge and leave to dry naturally. Some nail diseases can be passed on from nail files – the glass file can be sterilised and cleaned with disinfectants.
